Nivim is our first development project in Goa. We are a real estate company that pioneers contemporary design and sustainability in our buildings.
We do a lot of things differently. We follow our passion for design and sustainability and strive for perfection in our practice. We believe in breaking new ground, challenging the set norms and building for a brighter more sustainable future.

About the Founder:
Nivim is the labor of love of Anjali Mangalgiri. She is a design enthusiast and proponent of sustainable development. Her background is in architecture, city planning and real estate development.
Anjali studied architecture at School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi and got her Masters in City Planning from MIT and Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
In New York, she has worked with HOK Architects, Forest City Enterprises and Mark David & Company. In 2008, she co-founded Smart Cities Advisors, a social enterprise based in New York aimed at promoting sustainable development in developing countries. She continues to be the founding advisory circle member at the organization. She also serves on the board of directors for CIANA, a New York based non-profit that works with new immigrants in the US.
Anjali was a speaker at TEDx at BITS Pilani in 2013 where she spoke about the need for sustainable development in India. Video here.
In India, she has worked on urban design projects with S.K. Das Associated Architects in Delhi and sustainable earth construction projects in Auroville.
She is a LEED AP in the US and IGBC AP and registered architect in India.
